Ahi Assassins: From boat to table
Experience a day in the life of Hawaii-based company Ahi Assassins as they show us what it takes to put ahi in their delicious, ultra-fresh poke bowls—from waking up early in the morning to catch fish on the open ocean to the care with which the line-caught fish is cut and served. It’s a true boat-to-table product, with aloha you can taste.

When Great Ahi Meets Great Poke Makers--- Hawaiian Fresh Seafood & Ahi Assassins Collab
When great fish meets great poke makers, you definitely get an awesome poke product. It was an honor to welcome Hawaii's peoples' favorite poke makers, Ahi Assassins to our San Diego facility earlier this summer... the day started before sunrise unloading fresh ahi from our vessels and it culminated at Anaheim Stadium that evening when the poke product of this collaboration was served to Mr. Kiner-Falefa and his Texas Ranger team mates! We're back at it this morning with fresh fish from our very own F/V Kawaiola making its way to our chef and restaurant customers. From our boats to your table... are you sourcing Hawaiian Fresh Seafood for your poke recipes?
